He was arrested for borrowing and failing to return a small fishing net from a nearby building? The owner of the net involved the police in that? The net is worth what, maybe $20? I’m guessing it’s the principle - that Mike had the audacity to go onto the property. Still, if this is really all it is, it’s almost unbelievably petty - especially if the guy knew the net was there. That’s assuming that the story is as trivial and benign as Harry’s Severed Write Arm indicates - and I’m inclined to believe someone with that username!
