I’ve tried to find some NOS hardware like linkage bolts and swingarm bolt with no luck. I’m looking for a place that can replace some of this harware. Can anyone suggest a place that I can ship items to and have them plated?
Wow...looks amazing....I will definitely be sending them some hardware to re-plate. Thanks for the pics and info. I really appreciate it.

On a 2 stroke bike (specifically an 02 CR250) would the pilot jet being too large cause the bike to be really hard to start cold? I’ve steadily increased from a 45 and am currently at a 55 (air Stryker carb from a 2000 cr250)....there has been little ... more »

thanks for the response after looking at a lot of pics online of other bikes, I'm starting to think the same thing.... does anyone know of a place that could bend the pipe back to specs? Or does it just make more sense to purchase a new one?
Hi Guys, I purchased a 1992 CR250 for a project build. The bike came with a FMF pipe installed that seemed to be in fairly good condition. I would like to use the pipe but am having problems with it fitting correctly. Fitment is so off that I thought

I just had to replace mine with a Mabuchi RS 365 SH. It almost snatched my arms off when I rode the bike for the first time after replacing the servo motor. Apparently it had slowly been going out over time. These motors are really cheap so I went ahead ... more »
