Just looking at Facebook market place and all I see is a bunch of nasty rusted PC and FMF pipes since McGrath made that popular. Anyone know why these pipes rust so bad. About 20 years ago I worked in the oil field and we had some alloys that absolutely would not rust. 321 stainless I think is much better. 4130 would be good too with the right coating. On my kx450 I've got a full titanium system that stays nice and clean looking. I've upgraded most of my hardware to chinese titanium. Yes it's expensive but I can afford...

All they need to do is organize people and I think most people are willing to help the local tracks but there is no one out there as a real leader for the dirt bike community. More local tracks are closing than opening. It's hugely expensive to even rent a track for a race day. Even if you can cover all the upfront fixed costs, tiny turnouts for each separate class you're trying to run gates for means they have to combine classes for full gates and then you're back to mixed types of skill levels and machines combined- defeating the purpose of what has been proposed by OP.

You need to take a history lesson, union are responsible for most all the labor laws from the 1910s. The iaff and ups has a crazy good union. There's a reason most corporate interests and corporate owned media are anti union. No it would not be good for the sport but it would be good for the racers
