Your the only person I've saw so far with a 19' kx450 that had his suspension done by PC. I'm curious to see what you think of it because I'm considering it after some advice from another member. Have you rode with it yet?

Thank you, yes work on the basis of an RC500HRC exhaust to adapt it to the aluminum chassis. ( GSD CATIA V5) And to be able to reedit it in Steel(0.8mm) and other exotic material... I also look at the number of cones (45/54 cones????we'll see.). If people are interested, I will not be against selling copies (They will be able to mounted on Steel and Aluminium frames).

I'm slowly moving forward with the engine assembly with 139mm CWI rod. Thank you Troy for that! However, I will be using Andrew's crankcases for this (easier to re-machine).

Hi guys , we started the build up of a 1983 'RC480' this week. It's been a bit crazy here the last few months so I haven't really had the chance to share some of the builds we have been working on.... But this one is gonna be TRICK, so I had to share it! I don't really have any "before" pictures as it started out as just collection of parts. Originally, the customer wanted a 1980 Twinshock CR480 so a 1983 CR480 motor was sourced and rebuilt. A 1980 CR250 frame was modified and the build up was ready...
