1983 RC480, Uber Trickness!

I completely forgot I hadnt updated this thread!

The bike is now finished and delivered to its owner in France.

Here she is!

The exhaust system is a DOMA, and was supplied to us as a"1983 CR480" fitment. It wasn't. It was 1981 CR450 fitment! The front pipe fitted perfectly, but i had to do some mods to get the silencer to fit correctly. (not DOMA's fault at all!) The owner is going to take the bike to DOMA himself and have a proper silencer made for it.

The owner wanted a vented front number plate and sent me over a universal type to fit. It was HORRIBLE! So I set too and made one from a UFO CR front plate. Took way longer than I could ever justify, but it turned out pretty good.

The bike came out really nice.. beautiful.. I would like to take a spin on that. Is that a tall seat on the bike? All the PDE parts look great and I bet a PDE designed shift lever would look great too. The triple clamps and swing arm are standouts, for sure.
