I finally got a 2003 RM250 2 stroke that exploded. Time to rebuild that motor and get some riding in.

Now that I have an OEM piston, I will send it off to Millennium soon.

I have a 2003 RM 250 with probably the least favorite forks from what I have read. Are they really that bad or could I respring them and adjust as recommended in the owners service manual?

Okay so it's been a while since I last visited and Happy Holidays too all. I have decided to purchase Showa forks and not even mess with the KYBs on my 2003 RM-250. What I need to know is up to what year will the Showas off an RM-250 bolt-up to the stock triple clamp? Thanks in advance, Ronnie Eversole

Eversole Started a new thread 2003 Suzuki rear fender crack

On my 2003 RM250 I purchased from someone, it has a crack on the rear fender. It probably happened from grabbing the fender to lift the rear. So, went to fleabay and noticed a lot of used rear fenders were cracked near the same area, again probably lifting the bike from the rear fender. Does anyone have any cleaver ideas...

As per the comments above, maybe the owner I bought the bike from crashed and that's how the crack got there. I only pick up the back to put it in storage and I still have not even had a chance to ride it. When I bought it from the previous owner, he had blown the piston while racing it...

I'll clean it up and paint it. This was done at home with a DeWalt grinder. At the shop I work at, I have all kinds of fabrication tools, paint guns, etc.

The cylinder that was sent out to be welded and replated was brought to my attention that Deck Detonation Deterioration of cylinder was visible and needs decking.
