Got my cylinder back from MIllennium Technologies today.

I would have to say, I'm very impressed with the work of Millennium Technologies. Though they didn't weld the bottom skirt like they said would be done, I'm still quit pleased.

Ive never heard one bad story about millennium. U.S. chrome (i think thats the bad one) on the other hand, is allegedly a massive shit show of shoddy work and smartass excuses if you dare complain.

Eric Gorr at Millennium Tech replaced a cylinder for me last year for free. I had them replate my original and 7 hours later one end of the ring slipped off the piston and ruined the cylinder.
I sent them a email with detailed pics. I could not figure out why it happened, ring end gap was correct, port chamfer was perfect, ring end pin was correct. They could not figure it out either, so they sent me a new cylinder for free. I am just a normal guy too, not some racer with their logo on my bike.

Good folks over there!!

The main reason why I sent my cylinder to Millennium Technologies is because one of my old sponsors sends all his cylinders to the same place. After I was told that, I didn't look any further.

The only complaint I have is a phone conversation I had with Jeff. I had sent him the pictures of the cylinder, with the edges of the skirt broke off. I was concerned that the broken edges would cause problems down the road which we had discussed. He assured me that while they had some welding to do on the cylinder, they would weld the broken edges and file them. I replied, 'That would be great Jeff, thank you very much. Now I don;t have to worry about it." Jeff replied, 'No problem."

Well apparently, Jeff doesn't recall that conversation. I knew I should of emailed him about that and skipped the phone calls, I had a feeling it wouldn't get done. I just emailed him this evening and will see how he responds Monday.

I honestly dont think youll have any issues.
