I don't know from personal experience, as far as the feel of a frame as it accumulates hours. I do remember back when I had my 350 (the '16-18 gen) that Keefer mentioned that those frames get sort of noodley as they age. I have no idea if that means that they are worn out or just they set-in after a certain point. I could feel the difference of that frame compared to the YZF I also had, at the time, but I didn't really noticed it getting flexier, as I put hours on it (granted, it wasn't several hundred.)...

7/31/2026 7:27am It’s hard for me. Because I’ve had a bike(250f) go over 100 hours with meticulous maintenance. Never opened up the engine once. I changed oil frequently, air filter every single ride or throughout the day depending on conditions, etc. I was anal. I sold the bike years ago and who knows, it could still be running on a stock motor...

Sounds like he had a kid with him and took something not worth a lot of money from a shed or something. To me, this screams that there is way more to this story, so I encourage everyone to hold off on judging Mike until more details are released.

7/28/2026 12:22pm Yes, and they will pull out your spare tire, check under the hood and search your bags too. They ain't messin around. Edit: They weren't as bad as previous years. They definitely searched but they weren't stringing your belongings all over and making a mess.

You'll be somewhat limited to where you can go with a wagon if you go to the infield, and going through the tunnel probably not a good call. It's always been crowded when I've been there, but maybe less in the bottom area by the old amateur start if you wanted to just get in an camp out at a spot.

caution flags in the pros is a whole different ballgame. the caution is at the discretion of the pro.. red cross is the limiting flag....wheels on ground and no passing., caution is proceed with caution. no limits really.

6/21/2026 6:48pm Oh wow, ok then. I was under the impression that the YZ250F was like 40(last I checked anyway) so Ducati's 44.5 shocked me. Didn't realize 250's were mid 40's these days.
