Moto-Mom from Florida who can't seem to put down the camera. I work full time at a computer software company, and on weekends I spend time doing what I love most, at the track, when not raining, taking pictures and videos and keeping my website updated. It is my hobby but would LOVE to do it for a living. Two kids, 23 year old daughter Erica and 17 year old son Taylor. Been involved in motocross and hare scrambles since 1997.

For years, maybe 10 or so, we traveled to races EVERY weekend. We followed the Gold Cup, Winter Am's, Florida Series, FTR etc... You can also try the South Florida MX Winter Series. They had their first series this past fall and turnout was awesome, had over 500 people at the banquet held at Hard Rock Hotel. Yes I use it all the time, you don't want to damage the lens. You can easily replace the lens cover.

The BIG advantage to the new HD is the SOUND, they really worked on it, sound quality is so much better.. If your compression setting are good, the video over the web will be so much better than the regular GoPro... IMO it is a good deal, and I love the camera.
