2/5/2024 8:19pm Not speculating, but I blew out an ACL, MCL, and Meniscus with my knee trailing similairly in a turn. Ortho said with a knee loaded up like this, it only takes 10 psi of opposing pressure to tear something in this joint.

2/3/2024 9:23am I'm pretty sure I hurt myself more often loading and unloading, and getting my bike on and off the stand, than riding it. But also, I've only been doing this for 50 years.
