2/28/2024 1:02am To regroup, all I commented on was being able to build a more capable Tundra for less than the total cost of a Raptor. The rest of this is typical vital, unrelated extranneous commentary

2/28/2024 12:46am Come on out with that toad. You're talking campgrounds and I'm talking Baja, which you have zero miles of experience. Mic drop.

2/27/2024 10:50pm I loved fishing for pike around there. Watching lightening hit the water and the ice break in spring on the lake, precious memories.

2/27/2024 10:33pm Wow! Having driven those lengths only a few times in my life, that is a lot of seat time.

2/27/2024 10:23pm That is a lot of miles. If you don't mind me asking, what do you do to drive so much?

2/27/2024 10:07pm /thread Edit: I'd rather have a fully built 1991 half back mobber Ranger v6 than any of the shit we've been discussing.

2/27/2024 10:02pm I've raced Baja for four decades on bikes and in race cars. You're out of your league.

2/27/2024 9:30pm You could make a Tundra near a Trophy Truck for the price paid for a Raptor.

2/27/2024 8:46pm The 5.7 makes almost 400 hp though. I had a built 383 in a chevy van that got maybe 7 or 8 mpg and was 350 hp but well over 400 torque. Guzzler that could blow the tires all the way through third and at 55 on the freeway.

2/27/2024 8:27pm My late model Tundra gets 10.5 mpg regardless of what I am doing with it and my late model Tacoma gets 15 mpg doing the same. If I was you, I'd consider finding a truck that isn't held together by refined oil.
