dirtnasty Added a reply to What do you for a living. And what do you earn.
3/18/2020 11:42am Taxes on motor vehicles are absurd out here. so the car + bike is just something i dont prioritise at this point, especially considering the riding out here would suck and the weather isnt really conducive to riding year round. Sweden would have some good enduro/off road though id bet. i live in an apartment in the city, no houses...

3/17/2020 10:41am Data and business analyst for a pharma company in Denmark. Just a tick over 100k USD last year. Would probably make more money living in the states with my resume but I like it here and every time I head home to visit the family in So Cal I really can't picture myself livin that life. Although I do miss...

Lamb of God, Slipknot and Trivium tomorrow night + some other smaller metal groups. In a bit more than a week its Bob Dylan, Robert Plant, The Cure and Phil Anselmo (aka Pantera) + others (plenty of music at an 8 day music festival). Last week was Bon Iver, Nas, Tame Impala...

4/3/2019 1:42pm This is easily one of the best threads in Vital history IMO. It’s civil, real, powerful, informative, and some people here have really opened up about some deeply personal shit. I wasn’t expecting this sorta outcome for a topic like this. Anyone who loves alcohol could read it, feel judged, and lash out. Sobriety can often be as volatile as any other topic. Well done y’all.

2/26/2019 2:05pm thats nice that your immediate family has avoided injury. I disagree bigly though. Not gonna stop me from riding but understanding the risk is necessary. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Availability_heuristic

dirtnasty Added a reply to Top 3 "must visit" tracks in Southern California?
12/17/2016 9:23am +1 Milestone is not a "must visit" track. Its very average. Its appeal is that it is convenient to get to for anyone in the beach cities. If you're going through the trouble of flying from the bay to visit tracks I would leave it off the list.

1/6/2016 3:30am Must have been about ten years ago, Brabec just showed up one day to a District 37 race and whooped us all. Who was that new kid?? Incredible to see him develop in the company of American off-road legends like Caselli, Blais, competing with these guys in Dakar. I feel privileged to have lined up next to the dude when...
