DC323 Added a reply to Spoke with my wallet (update)
2/20/2016 8:48pm I bought a new 450 just a couple months after becoming a dad. Three years later I still have the bike and it has 112 hours of ride time (weak, I know). I've since added another child. Let's just say my riding has went way on the back burner.

DC323 Added a reply to Is Offroad Gaining on MX?
2/10/2016 7:23am I switched from mx to offroad in 2011 and have never looked back. The bang for buck of racing offroad is much better. The local mx scene in my state is practically dead. Offroad is still going, however.
DC323 Added a reply to So will we see a new RM for 2017?
2/9/2016 8:04am What constitutes a "new" bike? New frame, new engine, new suspension, all of the above? Oh wait... I remember. NEW PLASTIC!!!!!!!!
DC323 Added a reply to MR. Suzuki eats crow?
2/9/2016 7:51am Dear God if Suzuki doesn't update the plastics on the RMZ next year we're all in for it. Let's continue to ignore the fact that the 2016 shares little in common with the 2008 besides the plastic. It could lose a few pounds and gain a little HP, I will admit.

1/29/2016 7:21pm Just imagine if Stewart could keep it on two wheels every race.
DC323 Added a reply to Bike Stolen From Tunnel @ A2
1/24/2016 2:55pm Funny story... I knew a police dispatcher that was watching TV and ran the plate of the POTUS limo through NCIC. Needless to say he was quickly getting calls from some federal agencies asking just what the hell he was doing. He was fired but now works for a Sheriff's office.

1/24/2016 9:48am It would fly in my city as well. But I'm in a small community. I know a lot places it wouldn't. Without much more info, it just gives the defense more to work with. Who cares as long as the victim gets their stuff back. (My mindset, lol)

1/24/2016 9:45am Not the case for me or my department. You have police that are detailed to only do traffic. Citations are a rip off and I hate writing them to anyone (Well, not DUI offenders). $25 dollar fine for the offense, but let's tack on $150 for court costs!!! Really??

1/24/2016 8:40am I understand your frustrations. The plate and vehicle picture is a great lead. The picture of the guy riding away is also good. However, it doesn't prove anything in a court of law. Just because a vehicle is registered to a certain person, doesn't mean that person was driving. The address attached to the plates could also be an old...

1/9/2016 4:41pm I'd say the dude will still be capable of hitting everything on the track when he's well into his 60's. Now that would be cool.

DC323 Added a reply to growth of the sport
12/29/2015 11:20am This sport will never be mainstream like ball sports. The essential "tool" used to participate in motocross costs thousands of dollars vs. pocket change for a ball. Sure it looks cool on TV, but unless you currently or have participated in the sport yourself, the interest just isn't going to be there. Motocross riders don't "deserve" a large salary. They...

12/26/2015 6:39am Factory Connection has a great database for each bike they work on. As long as you are completely honest on your ability, height, weight, etc they will get the suspension set up. If it's not, send it back and they will get it right.
