Day30 Started a new thread Metal chunk dropped out of oil drain. What is it?
6/29/2022 10:49am Changed the oil today and this came out of the drain. Pulled the oil filter too - to see if it caught anything and it was spotless. Bike has 55 hrs and runs great. Time to tear down? Any thoughts where this would come from in my 2020crf450r?

11/28/2021 9:50pm Also when you frame the bike and coat everything you still need metal to metal contact points where the engine is bolted to the frame to ensure everything is grounded properly. Sometimes coatings will make it not grounded anymore and no start.

If it was really overheated, then expect all bearings, seals, gaskets to be damaged. Also expect the crank will need to be replaced or rebuilt with new rod and bearings. Expect it see cylinder damage, valve and seat damage as well ams valve seals. PawPaw

Who cares about the inflation, and who cares what he priced it at, its his bike and he can post it for what its worth to him, you all fucking kill me on beating the sellers down on here and just cause price is up a grand goes to show how broke you really are, if it costs a grand more than what it did at one time thats the cost just shut up and pay it instead of beating the seller up

8/4/2021 8:28pm Db limiter on the camera mic it sounds like. It’s pretty easy to start clipping decibels if it’s on auto and only recording through the camera and not a dedicated sound recorder. Who knows what the camera set up is, but that is a highly likely scenario.
