6/21/2021 3:20pm I don't let it sit in the tank longer than 48 hours. After a race weekend I'll drain the tank Monday morning and run the bike on pump gas to make sure it's all out of the system. I've heard VP eats up fuel pumps if you let it sit too long.

6/21/2021 3:15pm The bike hasn't shut off because of this issue. Whenever it happens I'm usually pinned on a long straight away. Then, out of nowhere, the bike bogs for maybe 1/4 of a second then before I can let off the throttle it stops bogging. After that first bog it starts to bog down then regain power sporadically whenever the engine...

6/9/2021 3:14am 2014 yz250f The bike runs as expected when I first get to a track. After 3-5 motos (5-10 laps each) the bike starts to bog hard while on the throttle in high rpm's. It does it without warning. If I let the bike sit for a day it runs fine again then 3-5 motos later it will start to bog...

4/10/2019 10:27am Drum looks very smooth. No obvious wear marks. We're mostly likely going to end up replacing th entire trans with a 2013 trans. Forks, gears, drum, and shift shaft. Only difference is the sprocket side is slightly bigger so need a new bearing for it and will need a 2013 sprocket to fit.

5/19/2018 10:01pm Just got a new rear shock spring from factory connection for my 2014 yz250f and it's about 3/4 inch shorter than the oem spring and it looks slimmer as well. Part number is ALS-0053 it's a 5.3 kg spring. Was wondering if it is the correct spring for my bike or if I got the wrong one?

5/6/2018 11:33am Thanks everyone for the replies! Extremely helpful with all of the input. I think I'll ride my MX bike stock besides putting handguards or bark busters on for the first race and see where things go from there. And I'll be getting a camel pack for sure.
