colecrawford Started a new thread Trade tc 250t plastics for gas gas

Looking to trade or buy for gas gas 250 two stroke subframe, gas tank and plastics. I have a very clean Husqvarna two stroke and want to make it a gas gas. I believe 2019 to 2022 are the same.

I loved Axton. Except when it was so hot and humid I'd be wringing wet before I got my boots on...

I think if you gave two free race classes and had a way to rotate people, that would work. I would for sure flag if I new it was free and someone would tag in before my motos.

colecrawford Started a new thread 22 tc250 kymco cylinder

Hey guys, I'm trying to get a new cylinder for my 2022 Husqvarna tc250 two stroke. It seems the part number for that bike is a single year which makes things difficult. Yet, all aftermarket cylinder kits are compatible listed 16-22. I guess the real question is, is the 22 cylinder physically different, or is it just part numbers? I...

I appreciate that, I'll research it a little more then send you a pm. My setup is completely revealed and I really like it except in rutted corners. I can't imagine I'd like the link though. I run 100mm of sag. I really didn't like how the bike felt at 105 and 103. I have considered a different shock though...
If I don’t have an inside mic. , wouldn’t feeler gauges between piston and cylinder be close enough to check for clearance ? I’ve done .001 , .0015 , .002 , etc. until piston doesn’t move freely. The thin ones bend to the shape of the bore.

I wouldn't necessarily say I have a source...kyb internals fit right into 4cs forks with very minimal machining on the wp lug. I got a set of 4cs a few years ago for a couple hundred, and a set of kyb from a bike being parted out for 300.

Pull the 6500's back out and put the stock cartridges in and sell the 6500's just like you would with cone valve forks.

Good idea on the linkage. I had the technical touch kit and the front end was doing the same thing in ruts as the stock air setup. No matter what direction I moved the forks in, the bike would either over steer or under steer. Could never get it to work right in ruts. What link are most people having...
