Doesn't look like it would be a dislocated shoulder. He landed directly on his shoulder. So I would say broken collar bone or seperated ac joint. I have a stage 3 seperated ac joint and it hurt like hell for 1 week and by 2 to 3 weeks it felt fine. I just have a big bump on my shoulder...
