I've always been curious about this sort of thing. Motocross requires such a level of focus-not only on yourself, but on your bike as well, that there isn't much time/energy/interest for any other sport. I like hearing about moto guys talking about their passion for a college football team (ex.RC on Florida State), or any other sport that isn't moto for that matter. Makes them seem more normal/relatable to the general public I guess. This girl is badass, and would love to see how good she can be at moto with that mindset and base fitness level that she has...

NFL fixed this problem with a rookie wage scale. I understand the difference in the revenue each sport brings in, but theres no reason why MX cant do this on a lower scale. Dont pay rookies. Let their factory ride be the payment until they prove themselves. They can still make money from bonuses and gear, and the factories will save money that would've been paid in salaries. This wold provide motivation as well for the younger riders with no professional credentials. As I recall, didn't a similar situation happen with Matt Walker when he went to pro circuit? He...

Wow! You have to love this kid's spirit and determination. I hope he walks someday and is able to swing a leg over a bike again to some degree. The industry was just as amazing in helping him rehabilitate his body, heart, and mind. Awesome video!
