That's a big part of the problem. Clubs, tracks, organisations all focus on juniors. Especially the ones being sponsored. But they seem to have forgotten where the money comes from for the industry. Kids on sponsorship don't know where the money for their sponsors comes from. The industry has forgotten who it's customers are here.

My general comments, Find out what tracks are around and you are likely to spend most of your time on. Choose a bike that is going to suit riding those tracks. Assuming you keep at it, your first bike won't be your last one. So you just want to choose something that is somewhere in the middle of the options...

Ferris is riding better than he ever has. And is schooling a few big names over in Aus. Plus the tracks here tend to be similar to high point but not as big (wide). So not really an indicator of US speed.

Back on topic, maybe for repeat offenders they should use litpro or something to check at the end of each race. On second thoughts, way too progressive for MX sports.

Guys, the frame is probably fully heat treated post welding. A reweld will not give a good outcome. Go back to the OEM or get a new frame.

What about oil supply, and tolerances at the camshaft. This would show up most at low revs when the oil pressure drops - maybe too far. Just another thought.

Called a displacement transducer or DT. Been around for years, but they are getting more reliable
