I've got a 2016 YZ250 and I'm having some trouble getting the front brake dialed in. I'd like it to be fairly touchy and have a "like new" feeling. I already installed a new galfer rotor, stainless braided brake line, and new pro taper pads. Doing this didn't really change the feel in the lever. Still feels squishy and the...

As a side note, for anyone having brake probs. If you want to ensure it is 100% bled properly and eliminate that from the equation, skip cracking the banjos, skip pushing from the bottom with a syringe, skip using a vacuum bleeder. Just take the caliper off and place it higher than the master cylinder. Use a bungee cord or something to tie it up to a shelf or hang it from the ceiling, whatever. Remove the pads so that you don't contaminate them with brake fluid and put a piece of plywood in there as a substitute. Make sure...

Yeah that is a good point to make. I will probably go ahead and re-bleed the system and go from there. I'll report back if I have any success.

Motosport had them listed at $123. Rocky Mtn. priced matched it for me so I put one on backorder. Hopefully they come in soon. Tough to find used. I looked around for almost two months and just decided to order.

I gave that a try once, before I replaced the rotor, line, and pads and it didn't help much. I suppose I could give it another try. Do I need to loosen the reservoir cap to allow the air bubbles to be released or does that matter?

What is the best method to polish aluminum frame, swingarm, etc.? I have a dremel tool for those hard to reach spots but not sure what bit would work best to clean it up and make it shine again. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.

Take off the rim strip that they use and use a double wrap of duct tape half-width. I had the spoke near the rim lock loosen up and back off and it can't do it with the tape. Mine have not loosened on my 17 450SXF and my new Husky after they took a seat. I will say the Husky has the DID Dirtstar rims which are much higher quality that the unbranded Excel rims and that is a factor.

Every time I go out and ride I keep ending up with a few loose spokes on my 2017 KTM. Its normally the drive side spokes on the rear wheel. I'm always sure to snug them back up before I go out and ride again but I recently had one spoke fall out. I'm curious if anyone else has had...

Has anyone used the F1 Moto Powervalve arms? Curious if it makes a smoother powerband. Yes, I know that some people have had issues with the stock powervalve arms and with the first generation F1 Moto arms. Considering getting a set for my 150sx if people are having good luck with them. Let me know if you have any info...

I've thought about playing with the powervalve a little bit. It would be nice to have some more mid range hit. Right now it feels like it hits great on top, but id like to have just a bit more midrange/bottom hit. I'm putting on a lectron, v-force 4, and shorty silencer so that may help in the mid/ bottom...
