Maybe Doug Henry winning the 1998 MX Championship after breaking his back in 1995, and both arms in 1997. There is an endearing picture of Doug walking over to the fence and kneeling down asking a fan to remove his helmet for him (both arms were broken). When he won the title in `98, it was a pretty big deal.
