Sry guys, but you all bashing on Luongo, but what about FELd .I don't undesrstand why? It's the business for them, and always going to be. I'm the SX fan, allways been, every year. I'm even took the trip to Las Vegas to watch my heroes in 2009. But what now? Till the half of the season of SX you have some exitement, but from this poit of the series it's boring as hell. Half the field out due the injuries, first guy have something like 100 points lead, and all you folks starting to wait and talk about outdoors...

Nothing will change as long as the US industry keep using SX as the main reason for this and that there is nothing that can be done to turn it around. Is it a part of it? Yes. Did it help US riders in the past? Yes. But there is no way that there is nothing that can be done about this. And i assume that you want to be better? The Euros was in this place once upon a time. Did they throw in the towel? No they started to look at what US based riders does different and...

How many of the people here ride sx?? We all ride mx right? Why do we want to see the best of the world race a different sport?? It al started with mx.. you say its about the money?? Bs!!!... the money comes from the fans it comes from us, well you guys pay for this.. boycot the sx and they start racing mx only again.. then you will have a better chance for 2019

Not fair. When I said before the weekend that american tracks are like freeeways, they said I was a troll. And now you only get thumbs up. Miserable karma.

So the month off riding didnt help team USA ? I dont think racing Italy last weekend and then flying half way round the world right at the end of the season helped the euros either !

Posting in here right now is like showing up to a Big Game party where everybody's favorite team lost, and they have all either left, passed out or gone home. That was the best race event I have ever seen, nationalistic tendencies aside.

This might sound like a stupid idea, but supercross always feels like such a dragged out series. I’d prefer shortening the indoor series to 12 races. Have it end at the end of March. Give the guys more 2 week breaks between outdoor rounds like the MXGP series so that they’re not so fried all year long and then schedule the end of the outdoor nationals to finish a week before the MXDN. I feel like that would give these guys a much better work/life balance, more time to recover from injuries, and the ability to stay competitive and energized...

I feel like a good start might be to do some testing and riding somewhere other than Glen Helen or tracks with similar conditions. Obviously smarter people than I are making the decisions but it's pretty clear the GP riders are not phased by any kind of track condition.

Those weren't stories they were excuses. We can't keep making excuses after losing 7 years in a row. Ray Charles could watch that race and see the Euro's are faster.

Really? What happened to pride in our country? That's why you do it! Is everything just about money these days? Maybe that's the problem, people only care about money and not the things that made this country great to begin with? I understand what you are saying but i don't like that way of thinking (yes I know nobody cares what I think). Im not saying the guys didn't do it for the right reasons, but anyone that has ever lined up at the starting line and their mind isn't 100% focused on winning, they don't succeed (worrying about money)...

Depending how things go with injuries, etc a Team Husky of Anderson, Osborne, and Convington might be a pretty good choice for team USA. Team unity would be solid, all training with Aldon, etc.

The unpopular view is we are just lacking in superstars at the moment. No bubbas, Carmichael’s or Potos. It’s their turn until we come up with a bad ass rider.
