Opinions, do you guys think that Eli Tomac is going to take the title? Personally i hope he does, he got the speed he showed us that in Salt Lake, it would be really cool to see someone with such a rough start of the season to come back and win the #1 Plate.

I like Deano for the outdoors too, but I think Tomac might have a little cooler race head.

Hope so. I think two years from now he will be the one. They just seem to do things the right way.

i dont know it would be cool though. his family whole approch to racing for him was really neat, different to how most mini star come up. i think that may help him as well, look at the alessi's and where they are and how they came up. just a compare and contrast thing.

My dad actually made me quit dirt bikes and go to racing cars because of how out of control Tony was getting. Ever since getting back into riding my dad has had the John Tomac approach and its sooo much more better going to the track without your dad yelling in your ear. Just saying, I know i'm not at that level but for any level its all the same stuff.

It would be awesome to see Eli win. Big fan when his dad raced bikes, and I have been watching Eli come through the am's. Very cool family, good attitude, and hard worker!!!!

I am a huge Tomac fan. His dad was a MB god back when I was into that scene, just because I couldn't afford a dirt bike at the time and Eli is awesome. But I like Tickle as well, he is very consistent ,has done work and seems like a chill dude so may the fastest muffuka win.

Huh

Why does your dad care what Tony Alessi does, surely he's able to choose his own way of bringing up his kids?

Eli is a class act. Cool, Calm, confident, humble and very smart he has all the aspects to go far in the sport. The closest thing America have to Ken Roczen imo... they are pretty similar in their approach on the track.

He is America's best shot at the outdoor title too, Tomac is a champion in waiting and he may only have to wait one more day!

I'm Happy with ethier winning, just glad Hansen isn't . But if I had to choose only one, it would be broc. Been working his ass off since turning pro to get to this point and he was never really a stand out amateur like Eli, barcia, Wilson, the rest.

Hansen is fast at Vegas too.. wil he be forced to help Tickle?

Roczen could be a threat on the slick stuff too.

I think It is going to be a crazy race, so I am not making any pre race picks. Eli has the potential to win but, Vegas is a super fast track and eveyrone seems to lay it down, so I guess we will see.

From what I have been hearing I don't think Hansen will have anything to do with Tickle.

Tomac showed he had the speed early on in the season until he started having overheating problems.

Hopefully he can prepare himself better for that this year by training in some actual heat and not in Colorado. He should come train with Wharton in Texas. If he can prepare correctly, he has a great shot at the title.

When I was watching his recent transworld video I believe he said he was going to be training in Texas?
