Could be a scam,or someone messing with someone by putting their number up there in an add with something really cheap.

Same number/add also has a TV listed.

Something fishy. I think it's somebody playing a joke on a friend to be honest. Probably posted his bike picture, email, and phone# and prank him to get a bunch of calls.
