Those guys spend countless hours testing for the consumer & call it like it is.

Bravo!

Racer X...Gossip shit? Are you kidding??? That is, by far, the best moto magazine available! More content, articles and in depth coverage than ANYTHING out there...Just sayin'!!

Readers questions in the magazine seem to be aimed @ there findings a lot. To me it seems that they are writing questions to themselves to substantiate there own findings. Having said this i subscribe every year (print version) as i enjoy there mag

in all three places it was used.

I've been reading MXA since 1980 and still love it. I get the email subscription now though. Their bike and parts tests are the best. I still buy RacerX too though, for their racing/behind the scenes/what's going on stuff. Both mags are top notch for different reasons.

Every winter I wish we lived in Florida!
I think JPT is from Muscatine or Burlington, which I generalize as the same area.
I am on I-35 where it crosses into Missouri. Two hours north of KC and one hour south of Des Moines.

I dig MXA and RacerX, for completely different reasons.

They all have something to offer or they wouldn't be in business.

Racer X and MXA. Again, for completely different reasons. Between the two, they cover the sport. DC is pretty damn smart.

Same here. I think they both kick ass.
They both have their place and serve different purposes.
I get Transworld MX as well to get another perspective.

That said, I am getting a little tired of Jody's, anti 4 stroke/ pro 2 stroke crap.

Jody is quickly becoming that grumpy old guy that finds anything wrong with moto.

I have been reading his column for along time and still like. But I have noticed his change in attitude.

It is fun to watch someone admit they too were once a kid that didnt care about what the "old timers" thought or did.
Instead just acted as a kid, which every kid should do.

Now it just seems like he bitches and bitches.

And honestly as I type this I realize how lame it is for me to even care what he thinks and that I am wasting my energy and time doing so.

Fuck it!

Some people can't help themselves correcting others. I'm used to having a copy editor when I'm really writing. People from all over the world write in here. Considering that English is their second language, most do well enough to be understood. I traveled to a lot of GP's etc. in the 80's and was always amazed that wherever I went (and I went to some pretty remote places for MX) that I could always find someone who spoke English well enough to help me out. Including a Chinese medical student (going to school in England, in Finland visiting his girlfriend for Xmas), getting me on a train to Tampere to see Sinisalo. It's the native English speakers on here murdering the language, who kill me. Just goes to show you where our country is headed in the long run.
