How long is his contract? September?
Does LB's departure affect the validity of the contract by way of changing legal entity, L&M, JSE, San Manuel, etc.?
Wish I, the average fan knew what was going on there. I know, lawyers, negotiations, etc.
He has walked on another contract?
Could JSE, or any other legal entity cause any financial repercussions for Regal if he did race a Merge Racing Yamaha out of a box van while repping his contracted sponsors? Obviously, Merge could potentially conflict with said sponsor.
Maybe "some" of his sponsors don't want to jump on the out door thing , but all of them? I highly doubt it! He even went as far at the beginning of the season saying he was 100% IN for the nationals....or at least the first 4 rounds. If he didn't have any backing lined up then....he should of just shut his pie hole until he had a confirmation.

It's the same story EVERY year with him. And even though I'd like to see him run the out doors....he should quit blowing smoke up everyone's ass every year.
To each his own.......maybe he should stay home , he would just get his ass kicked out doors anyways.

An already-stacked field is going to get better with Pourcel onboard, as I would bet he’s going to do pretty well up against the likes of Villopoto, Dungey, Short, Alessi, maybe Reed, and maybe Stewart (who I hear is indeed going to do the nationals). As to what Pourcel is going to do, that’s still up in the air, but in talking to someone close to the situation, it seems that the shadowy figure lurking in the sidelines is none other than Mitch Payton of Pro Circuit.
however, show me another rider that complains about other riders actually racing them as much as him.

Dunno, maybe you can list all of the times he has complained this year so I know how many I need to find on another rider.
I agree that he needs to stop blowing smoke and either race or don't race. Would love to see him out there, but I don't see him racing 2x30+ motos in 95 degree heat anymore. Hanging out by the pool with Sorby is way too tempting come summertime.
