it was something to the effect of if you were on a sailboat 100 yards from land, and there was no friction and no air, how would you get back to dry land. couldn't blow air because eventually you would have to suck air back in eventually taking you back to your original starting point, etc...

i can't remember exactly, but there were pages and pages of ideas and theories. it was epic.
