Does anyone else think that this outdoors season is going to top the current supercross season? You have a bunch of top guys returning.

450s
Dungey
Villopoto
Canard
Reed
Stewart (if he races)

We also have a bunch of people returning.
Pourcel (hope he gets a ride, but mitch said he would help him out of pocket if he didnt)
Weimer
Grant
Metcalfe

Alot of hope for starting fresh for the second tier guys.
Alessi
Short
Millsaps
Brayton
Regal

Rumors of kdub doing some outdoors too!

Whats that atleast 1/3 of the riders in a moto capable of winning!?!

Not to mention the stacked outdoors class

Procircuit vs Geico
also Musquin returning from his injury.
Malcom maybe getting a win?

Its crazy its like a fresh new slate for all these guys.

I know lots of people are going to underestimate Canard this year...Truth is,He's faster outdoors than he is at sx
and we all know how fast he is at that....just saying.

I just hope everyone stays healthy. If it does they championship will come down to Pala just like the SX one coming down to Vegas.

I just don't understand why San Manuel Yamaha would've hired him to do a SX only season, when his specialty is outdoor MX.

I don't understand why James has to be so secret about everything? Is he doing the outdoors or not? Sure hope so so RV2 can show him there is a new sheriff in town!

I doubt the riders will underestimate him. He is going to be fun to watch Outdoors on the 450.

I think they have said all along they were going to do the first four, but I would not be surprised if they did them all.

I think its bad news for the rest of these guys that RV has done so well in SX, we all know that he is MUCH better outdoors.

This is Stewart's semi cryptic quote from last weeks Cycle News. Who knows what the team will do.

I think there will be a great battle between Canard, Dungey, Pourcel, Reed? and maybe Metcalfe........

but my fear is that RV proves to be dominant outside and that battle is usually for 2nd.

Add Bubba to the list if he races, but I won't hold my breath to see if he shows up.

Top 10 dark horse - Tye Simmonds (on a KTM450, he's too big for a 350).

Man I can't wait for the Nationals! I don't know, not to knock Supercross cause this season was/is friggin awesome! But I like the Nationals so much better. When Supercross starts, the format screws me up for like the first couple of races. Don't care much for heats that don't mean squat but gate pick (plus, you all notice that the dudes that have been getting second choice of gate picks are actually doing better in the main?)

But this year's Nationals should be one for the record books. I love the tracks, the format, everything about it! Supercross tracks are kinda (dare I say) boring to me... Not that I wouldn't die trying to ride one of course... Smile
