Awhile back Matthes brought up that the supercross announcers on TV were calling the nationals the "outdoor summer series" and not the National Motocross series, so DC this week in Racerhead called Supercross the "the stadium motocross season is winding down" so what is going on between Supercross and the Nationals and the digs between the series?
ah shit now i guess we have to pay someone????/

So far this week the Vital overanalization team has decided that RX hates Alessi, KTM and SX.
Who's going to announce the Nationals?
I'd like to meet the focus group that came up with that.
SX1 SX2, MX1, MX2. Done.
The relationship between Feld and MX Sports is healthy and respectful, and they have done a great deal this year to promote the AMA Motocross tour, including live interviews with promoters or track folks on the stage (it was Freestone's Tom Shields last weekend) and excellent big-screen commercials for the outdoor tour... They rolled out the red carpet for all of the promoters at Atlanta for an NPG meeting and they continue to allow them to set up on the concourse or in the pits to promote their events. It's all much appreciated and we will do our best to help them promote things this summer
But I also hate saying the big, long proper names of any series more than once, so the summer motocross tour and the stadium motocross season are not little digs, just trying to save ink on the internet.... That's why I usually call this place "Vital" and not by its proper name, "www.vitalmx.com, a Guy B. Production, in association with Oscottie, and featuring 500Guy..."
See what I mean?
DC
MX S
and SX's biggest mistake is getting CBS involved wouldn't you agree?
all for the sake of so-called 'progress'
