I just want to say regardless of how this turns out and whether or not I ever see my engine again, I will always be a moto fan because of all the good folks like yourselves that are willing to help a stranger like me and the others out when in need. Wow this sounds nothing like Jesse. Everybody that I know has ever dealt with him has nothing but GOOD THINGS to say about him, and how good he was with working with people. R-acer get ahold of Tom Morgan and have him do you a complete Race Engine. Guarantee it will be the best you have ever had. I just got a motor back from him and Im in awwwww. I don't think you are correct about access once foreclosure starts. Every time I've seen a property foreclosed on, the people have to leave and the locks are changed. Usually, they do have time to get things together, but I don't know how long.

Your best bet is to contact the Williams' lawyer, if you can get that information, and see what the deal is.
The bank does not have an access right to the property until after the sale is complete and the title has physically reverted back to the lender (it's law) I know this for a fact It's what I do day in and day out. I track, buy and sell foreclosures and do short sales and all that shit. It's a bloodbath out there for people that over leveraged during the heyday. Some of the most upstanding people in our community have done things you would never imagine, including going as far as taking their own lives. It is a highly stressful situation. If you want your shit go to the location, it's your only chance. Paying an attorney will only set you back even more and you still won't have your parts.

The experience Dave has described has nothing to do with a residential trust deed, that was some sort of a business line that could have included the real property but probably also liened trade fixtures(tools,inventory etc...) It could have even been a line of credit secured only by the business and all it's assets and not the building. In that case they do have a right to cease everything. It's contract law not a residential tenancy issue. This one is a trust deed against the residential property. Congress enacted a law to allow people 90 days to vacate the property after the sale is complete. The government realizes that if these peole are tossed out on the street with short notice it will cause havoc and they most likely end up the governments problem. Most people not involved in the business wouldn't believe the leniency defaulting borrowers are afforded these days. I know several people/clients that have not made a payment on their house for 3 years and still have not even had a notice of default filed. I know another guy who did go a full three and a half years without a payment and in the end the bank paid him $3,500 to move out. Over the last month Bank of America cancelled every single one of it's foreclosure sales that are scheduled in the entire state of Oregon. In our county (Deschutes) they have been filing recission of notice of default affidavits to the tune of 50 per day for the last week or so. A recission of notice of default essentially reinstates the loan in a paid as agreed status. No one knows what their next move is but I suspect that they are getting their paperwork straight to end the frivolous lawsuits and the hell fire of foreclosures are going to open up.

Just spoke with jesse. He was super cool and apologized big time for not getting back till now. He has a lot of motors he's building right now so I'm just gonna have my head shipped back as my other ones being built. Thanks big time 526 that lead helped out a lot.

What's the deal? Anyone get their motors back? Josh Clark sent him his race motor and Jesse contacted him saying it was all done. Took his credit card, charged it and said it would be there in a week. It's 3 weeks now and no motor. Josh said he has called him 30 times a day and with no response.

It's is race motor for the nationals and if he doesn't get it back he is screwed. Anyone have any info??

Now that this has been dragged out into the public, it would sure be nice to see this addressed by the person in question. After reading the different stuff in this thread I don't see how he can stay in business, at this point I wouldn't send him a spark plug let alone a complete engine to work on without fear of never getting it back. Why is this shit happening and what's being done to ensure it doesn't continue? Very unprofessional.

I spoke with Jesse Williams today and he said he'll address this shortly.

BTW Jesse's busier than a one arm paper hanger and the situation couldn't be any further than the gloom and doom some have projected in this thread. In addition to his normal business he's also been hard at work on something that will be fairly revolutionary........this will come to light in a couple of two or three months.

Not hard to find out who he is....even if he is using a proxie.
Just gotta mail the sysadmin for that proxie and he can check the logs to see who accessed vital through those logs/time and tie it in with the ip he used to log into the proxie.
It will show the ip he used to log in to the proxie,which could be his true isp or another proxie and the chain eventually ends.
Even if he is on a VPN using a proxie it is really easy to find who he is also...

Also that Ip/ip block belongs to a School district in Dallas TX ......which I'm sure there are some unauthorized access laws being broken,especially if he is SMS spamming from them.
