The experience Dave has described has nothing to do with a residential trust deed, that was some sort of a business line that could have included the real property but probably also liened trade fixtures(tools,inventory etc...) It could have even been a line of credit secured only by the business and all it's assets and not the building. In that case they do have a right to cease everything. It's contract law not a residential tenancy issue. This one is a trust deed against the residential property. Congress enacted a law to allow people 90 days to vacate the property after the sale is complete. The government realizes that if these peole are tossed out on the street with short notice it will cause havoc and they most likely end up the governments problem. Most people not involved in the business wouldn't believe the leniency defaulting borrowers are afforded these days. I know several people/clients that have not made a payment on their house for 3 years and still have not even had a notice of default filed. I know another guy who did go a full three and a half years without a payment and in the end the bank paid him $3,500 to move out. Over the last month Bank of America cancelled every single one of it's foreclosure sales that are scheduled in the entire state of Oregon. In our county (Deschutes) they have been filing recission of notice of default affidavits to the tune of 50 per day for the last week or so. A recission of notice of default essentially reinstates the loan in a paid as agreed status. No one knows what their next move is but I suspect that they are getting their paperwork straight to end the frivolous lawsuits and the hell fire of foreclosures are going to open up.

BTW Jesse's busier than a one arm paper hanger and the situation couldn't be any further than the gloom and doom some have projected in this thread. In addition to his normal business he's also been hard at work on something that will be fairly revolutionary........this will come to light in a couple of two or three months.

Not hard to find out who he is....even if he is using a proxie.
Just gotta mail the sysadmin for that proxie and he can check the logs to see who accessed vital through those logs/time and tie it in with the ip he used to log into the proxie.
It will show the ip he used to log in to the proxie,which could be his true isp or another proxie and the chain eventually ends.
Even if he is on a VPN using a proxie it is really easy to find who he is also...
Also that Ip/ip block belongs to a School district in Dallas TX ......which I'm sure there are some unauthorized access laws being broken,especially if he is SMS spamming from them.
