Thats why Feld is controlling the media next year, cant be showing how useless their flaggers normally are.

Ouch, hope she is okay. That was a major get off.

The girls started to figure it out, but it was scary. Lots of very hard flat landings on big jumps. Then this crash. Not so sure this is a good idea.

Some of em have little to no prep. Canon for example said it on press. Times show that too. Each laptime is like 2-4 seconds apart. Hate to say it but they dont belong there (yet). They just figuring out how to ride supercross its too early to let them race against each other imo

I'm shocked that Lotte is there, i just don't understand how that is a good idea with what i assume zero prep and experience on a SX style track. The risks are massive and what are the potential gains in this?

Well anyways, i hope she's okay and i hope the other riders manage to get through this in one piece.

Outside the top 4 or 5 girls, no one else was jumping any of the bigger stuff.  The drop in skill level is just too great right now for this to be a good idea.  SX is a meat grinder....

Forgot the one girl's name, but she was stylish, doing the big jumps and a triple in the rhythm section. She stood out from the rest. It wasn't Lala.

The 30 feet past the landing doubles were horrifying to watch

Mayla Herrick...  She the youngest one out there and by far the lease experienced.  But in the next 2 years, she's probably going to be the superstar.  At least she will be battling Lala and Charlie for sure.  But the big stuff doesn't seem to scare her.

I’ll get flamed for this and I really don’t care. The euro guys who are way more skilled know it’s a huge risk/difference to come here and ride SX, and most choose not to. This was always a terrible idea and it’s got nothing to do with them being girls, it’s got everything to do with them being vastly inexperienced. It’s not gong to be a good look for wmx tonight I think.

Is Lotte ok? Will she race still?

The 65 and supermini kids were arguably way safer to have out on the track

I know these girls are fast and talented. But I feel it would be safer to have them race on Sunday or Friday and alter the track a bit. Can’t see that 90ft double being safe during the race.

She'll be lining up according to her own Instagram story, glad she is fine after that!

Nothing wrong with how the flagger reacted.

Saw the crash and immediately looked to see if anyone was coming over the jump trying to figure out what to do. Waited for the girl on the Honda that was in the air to pass and then looked back and saw her still wrapped under the bike and immediately ran to help her. All happened in 2-3 seconds.

What an animal, taking a slam like that with your leg in that direction and still lining up is some Mcadoo level grit. Starting to become a Van Drunen die hard

Lotte is badass. Keeps coming over here to race for no reason other than she's competitive.

10 minutes of free practice is a joke.

I really wish Burkeen didn’t speak in his videos. He seems to be everywhere, gets great shots, and I actively avoid his videos because of the commentary.

How was Nielsen? I saw a couple clips of her this week on Supercross and she looked pretty legit.

I watch world supercross out of boredom probably, wouldn't pay to though.

The women's series is more interesting in my opinion.

Good racing and will get better over time.

The series would be idiots if they banned him. His coverage is awesome, gives you a better feel of the real deal than the official production does.

Same old story. The money men trying to grow a sport that will probably never grow into the size they want it to be.
