Say what you want about RC's announcing skills, but when he told JS7 during yesterday's SMX broadcast "You're not even my favorite Stewart", the ensuing banter was pretty damn funny.

Yeah cause James has said his kids like AP more than him. He's not even the favorite number 7 in his own house .

Then the popcorn seen and James sayin’,”Play the highlights” with his mouth full…

Priceless.

Remember when we all thought RC was just giving DB a little shit here and there?

Maybe there’s more to his comments. It obviously wouldn’t be the first time he’s had issues with someone that’s better in the booth than himself.

When RC started I thought he was awesome cause to me it felt like I was watching the races with him shootin the shit.. but then it was like someone told him he needed to be more polished and professional and now we have what we have haha

I feel like having James there relaxes him a little more and we get back closer to the early RC

James and Ricky together always loosens Ricky up. Great show. Glad to have Weege for these races this year as well.

Although Ricky talks up every rider out there like they are the greatest thing since sliced bread deep down he respects very few.  He respects Bubba.  Knows first hand how fast he was.

Maybe one day we’ll have James and Malcom in the booth together.

Was just thinking about the lack of personalities we have in our current group of riders. Looking ahead 10 years from now are we going to be stuck with Danger Boy in the booth?

AP would be great, Jett has dabbled in the booth while being injured, and wasn’t terrible either.

Way better than look at me vibes Deegan puts out there.

I would pick Hunter over Jett.

In hindsight, who would have guessed Brayton would be this good 10 years ago when he was a racer?

I remember years ago RC and Fro were in the booth and they showed a fan with a Jeff Emig shirt on. RC said, "Hey Jeff, is that your neighbor?"

RC does have some BB skillz.

People may not remember, but when RC first started on the broadcasts after retiring, he was excellent because he's a master shit talker.  That comment on Stew is a good example.  Or when he told everyone on race day live about his team guy Broc Tickle... "If he goes any slower, he's going to fall over." That's some great stuff.

I think when they got him into NBC and tried to train him up he lost a lot of that natural RC shit talking.  I'm just glad that when stew shoved popcorn in his mouth last weekend that he laughed it off and it really made the show.
