It’s been clear this year that he was fine to lose a title to Hunter.
He always pushed harder to catch and pass other riders this season and when Hunter went down at Redbud Jett was the first to say that he did not deserve that win.
No matter how much JS want to hype this up, there is no denying that blood is thicker than championships.

In that 1st 450 Moto was Deegan really apologizing to Jett when Jett passed him at the top of The Wall, (aka The Screw-U), like James Stewart said a number of times during the broadcast? Or did Deegan just take a bad line and Jett pounced?

Jett looked like himself today & his bike looked good. Sucks he got handed the red plate by his brother, but it is what it is.
I hate it for Hunter. First the SX championship & now the MX championship (not over yet). I know he wants it so bad so it looked like he was pushing to hard & for the first time this season, his bike didn’t look as good as it usually does. I wonder if that played a part in his crash?
I’m pumped that Prado & Deegs are riding good. It looks like Prado has his bike dialed in but Deegan is still struggling w/ setup. Hopefully they can get it dialed. I’d like to see all 4 of them battling.

I think Stews take was off. Deegan tried to stuff a wheel into Jett at the bottom of the hill so I doubt he was "apologizing" at the top of the hill.

Good question. No clue but I could imagine he did that just to put it to him in the next corner down the hill. You can screw someone up there badly. Like loosing forward drive going up that steep hill costs a lot of time. Deegan letting someone by just to try something dirty wouldnt be the first time.
