What do you think looks different about it? I can't spot anything obvious. Stock RMZ450 image from Dirt Rider for reference.

Look at the bottom of the chassis near the foot pegs , it’s more round
I don't see any difference.

From what I was told, For the 2028 model there will be a change to the frame and swing arm to shave off a little weight for the electric start and that they are going with KYB.
This and it will have a new Works Engine from Europe. Wont be legal to race AmA in the US.
I’m sure Suzuki will have a new bike eventually, but the development cycle can be tracked by the rings in a tree trunk.. my current bike is a 2018, KTM has been through 3 frame evolutions since then, the RMZ just keeps on going.
And in a big way, that’s a good thing. In a world where we’re not seeing 1980s style technology jumps, stability is good. Keeps prices down and lets us find the best setup balance possible.
I’m not a Suzuki guy, but I hope they truly improve the bike instead of just changing it. I know 100% that my 2018 doesn’t hold me back at all..
The RMZ doesnt need a new chassis. Weight savings and component updates, OK but change for the sake of change is not required.
I see what you’re saying. I also think the swingarm appears to be different in the area of the chain guide and axle block bolts.
Who told you, was it your aunt's best friend's brother in law? I upvoted anyway since I really wanna see the 450 get a button.
All the fast guys racing the french sand races championship use longer swingarms.
That's not the chassis ,that's the seat . They changed it from blue to black.
That’s at least two years worth of change for Suzuki..
