im looking for a short quote to add to the tattoo i have for my firend that died racing moto. i cannot come up with any good idea so im looking for some help. looking for a shorter quote because its going down the back of my bicep. thanks guys

I've always liked the quote "Race with your heart, Win with your head" but not sure if that is suitable.

Also like 'Ride Free' which is used as a kind of eulogy for downhill mountain bike rider Jason McRoy who was killed tragically in the 90's.

I think something simple says more, like his racing number...like when JS ran 259 in honour of his paralyzed friend. Than when someone asks what does that # symbolize, you can talk about it keep the good memories of him and your friendship alive. Just a thought...

what ever you do, please please please check the spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc. before they started. then check it again and have your friends/family check it.

no matter how smart or articulate the artist is, they can make simple mistakes that could be very very counteractive to the tattoo.

anything WFO sounds good to me.

ps... i dig the idea and the reasoning behind it

If its a tat dedicated to your buddy then shouldnt the quote be something he often said or perhaps some inside joke saying you guys used to say? Getting a quote from a bunch of strangers isnt really showing dedication to your buddy IMO.
