Think about to switch the Brand for my main Bike After 23 Years on Twostroke KTM and Husqvarna .
Tested a Husky FC 450 and a Yamaha 450 , was impressed by the YZ 450 Engine and Suspension but i will stay at the Twostroke.
There are not much Options for Twostrokes so i think about the 2027 Beta RX 350.
Appreciate some experiences from BETA owners
I have a 2014 400 RS and a 2024 450 RX. Both great bikes, I have an awesome dealer close to me that lives and breathes Betas. He make ownership fun.

+1 about 3seasrecreation.
delivered my 2025 300 RX in Florida. Jared is awesome to deal with, no BS and super knowledgable with all the lineup.
Their YT channel is a great source of info
I wanted a simple 2 strokes with a carb. Love the bike. 10h only but no issues
Rode several times a 450RX and found to be one of the easiest 450.
I purchased the 2026 Beta 350RX 2-Stroke 4 weeks ago. I was finally able to take it to the track this previous weekend. Between the suspension being sent off to Race-Tech and mother nature being a bitch, I haven't been able to ride it at all. I am coming from a 2020 KTM 250SX and 2022 KTM 350SXF, which I am keeping. After a re-jet of the carb, this thing is a rocket ship. I saw God twice on the track that day. I really enjoyed it. I haven't ridden spring forks since 2015 and I am wondering why I didn't convert the KTM's to spring? 😂 I think the Beta 350RX 2-Stroke is a good choice for a big bore smoker. I guess it's down on HP compared to the KTM 300, but that wasn't a turn off from buying this bike. It's fast, smooth, and easy as hell to work on. Parts are somewhat limited on the big websites, but I have found all my parts from Sierra Motorcycle Supply Sierra BMW & Beta Motorcycles and from Motoes.net.
I forget to mention that i did already a few Laps on the 26 RX 350 on a Demo day , but it was a shit Small private Enduro Track with Rain so not the best Conditions for a real Test .
The BETA Fork was Rock Hard , is it possible to Upgrade to a Yamaha KYB specification ?

Changing over to something different, I have no idea? I'm way past the factory spec for their set-up so I had the local Race-Tech builder re-valve/new springs for me.
Picked up a ‘25 300RX about a month ago.
To be fair I’m a Beta guy, I’m a Beta trials only dealer and my son works at Beta.
While I’ve only had trials bikes for the last several years I still have ridden a lot of different moto bikes during that time.
Personally I like how the RX’s are still simple two strokes without giving up anything in the performance department. Carb, mechanical power valve, KYB suspension are all easy to live and work with. FI & electrical power valves don’t bring anything to the table but problems to me.
I have about 4 rides and one race on the bike. Different bars, Bridgestone tires, a little jetting and suspension clicker adjustments and it’s all setup great for me. I have a little off-road loop setup to get some practice in, it has a couple fast parts and some rocky single track. As long as I’m pushing it the bike feels great, when I back it off and trail ride it feels harsh. That’s to be expected though as this is an MX bike.
Hopefully you have a good dealer that’s close, if not all Beta parts can be ordered on line from Beta. It’s also good for us dealers that when you order you pick your favorite dealer and they still get credit! TEC-Cycles would be a good choice! 😂
I have a 300RX with motor work and Ohlins for sale. Got it from Jared at the 3seas place up there in Eerie PA. 450s are absolutely in your way.
Ill do that for sure when I start ordering more parts for the 350! 👍
Motor mount bolts would come loose on some of them, adding a thin washer between the frame and motor resolved the issue.
Suspension, Brakes, Chassis are outstanding.
Motor has a lot of torque (300), adjustable powervalve was a nice feature that always gets overlooked in the "reviews"
Durability and parts availability is also really good.
I haven't ridden the 350 but I wouldn't hesitate to buy one.
I rode my buddies 350rx at Pala last week. Motor is super old school feeling compared to my 25 ktm 300sx. Beta is full on big bore ding ding ding feeling. Ktm motor is much smoother and faster. But the Beta is pretty cool overall.
Maybe wait for the Kawi 327 to arrive 🤔
Ive had 2 300 rx's, 3 betas total. Currently on a 300sx. To be honest, the beta frame/handling felt better out of the box. Other than that, i wont be going back until they get fuel injection on the 2t. Ktm has it dialed. I ride from 0-10000' and having to dick with the carb one weekend to the next gets old. Yes it will run on the stock jetting, but the performance is lacking without jetting it, and half the reason of buying a new bike was to not wrench on it. I was going to get the 350 before this Sx, but luckily my dealer was having a hard time getting one and some dyno graphs/review got out and really pushed me away. Dirt rider mag or vhm did dynos of both bikes and i wasnt that impressed with the 350. Both company's graphs show the 350 makes the same if not less than the sx along the whole rpm range. The 250 or 300 are a better buy if your stuck on beta imo.
Thanks for all Feedback
I read in some Posts the 350 Beta is down on power compared to a modern 300 SX ? Has anybody the correct Dyno Numbers?
But hard to resist the 27 Beta what a Great looking bike 🤩
I have a 2025 Beta 300 RX and reported on Vital my thoughts on it. It is a great bike and should be viewed as a simple, old school 2T ride. Handling and cornering are great and it is very light. I can remove the rear shock from the bike without remove the side panels, seat or subframe.. just 2 bolts and it slips through the side of the frame. Power is great, just needs some minor re-jetting to make perfect, like most carbed 2 strokes. It has a few quirks that I had to change to ride the bike.. the shifter and brake pedal needed to stick out farther because they were under the wider fuel tank and I would miss them with my foot unless I pigeon toed my foot. The seat was way too hard and I had to replace the seat foam to be comfortable. I am the only one that has complained about this, but the rebound on my rear shock was so stiff, unless I turned the rebound out 24 clicks, it was difficult to seat bounce or keep the front low over jumps.. it was really weird and a first ever for me, and I had to get it re-valved. Ergonomics are great, too, except of the slightly wide fuel tank at the knees, but you dont' notice it when you ride. I would buy another.. just need to address some minor quirks.
Ride the bike and don't listen to the keyboard jockeys who think that referencing only peak hp from a dyno chart is the only way to compare power. The 350 has a bit more torque than the strongest 450F engines. I posted on the dyno numbers for the 350 RX vs the YZ250 vs the 450F's, recently.
I read your Post with the Numbers very interesting.
For me It’s not only about HP Numbers, more about Rideability , reliability and Suspension
It’s Not an easy decision to Change the Color after that long time on KTM, but i want to keep my Ride simple so the Carburated Beta is the only way to go except the YZ 250
I rode one as well and had a similar thought, I ride a 300XC. Its a cool bike but the TBI KTMs are just on another level still, smoother and just feels like you can use the power throughout the rev range easier.
I do like the Betas though the only complaint I have is I always run a bit taller seat and the skinny seat on the Beta looks terrible with a tall seat it has to stick up on both ends.
