Blows my mind that it's still the exact same engine that Cody Cooper almost beat James Stewart on in his perfect season in 2008, closing in on 20 years

With the rumor being that their will be a works Suzuki in the MXGP paddock in 2027 it got me thinking: 1) when was the last time we saw a legit works bike from Suzuki? 2) anyone have any info on whether it’s build off the current platform or will it be a legit works bike with a proto engine, chassis, true works suspension and such.

With that said who do you think/want to see pilot the new bike?

Been in this game for 40 years. Manage a suzuki dealership. Suzuki play a long game. 5 years is nothing. Did you know there was a new drz400 before it was released. Suzuki will be back in motogp. Suzuki will have a new rmz450. Within 12 months

No sniveling I believe he's just pointing out that is the current bike not a "new works Suzuki" as implied. If Suzuki builds a new bike it will not have a kick starter, because sales.

Pathetic.

It’s a joke that some on here from the Midwest USA will get.

Feel free to share it.

F & S suzuki was a powerhouse amateur team from ohio in the 90's thru mid 00's, sponsored alot of guy's most of us have heard of.

Won't be back in MotoGP, they would need riders and a team.

AFAIK last time Suzuki tested a new prototype domestically the engine took a mental day at an inopportune time and left the rider with a bunch of fused vertebrae.

But that AL framed 125 would have been sweet!

even more mind blowing, aside from the efi, the motor is roughly unchange (aside from refinements) that RC4 started with in 2005 where he won all 12 o/a (minus 2 motos) and 9 of 12 o/a's in '06

There is no words about suzuki returning in mxgp in 2027, it's not gonna be before 2028 season.

As for Seewer's picture, it's AI. there is nothing real...

And yes, 2027 models are gonna be shown not before july and if a new model comes, suzuki is gonna do some teaser.

Sadly, at the moment there's no teaser or news about a new bike...

Dealers have ordered 2027 RM-Z's and there are no changes.

Jeremy seewer is back on a Suzuki, that doesn’t seems to me like an HEP bike, i mean it’s running an akrapovic system while HEP bike use the pro circuit. Second point that doesn’t seems like an America track to me.

i believe you posted a picture of a 250 and the 250 and 450 have different swingarms. My 450 does not have that central ridge on it like the 250 does.

I don’t think so, the triple clamps are black, the 250s triple clamps are grey.

It is. Along with a quieter muffler and a slimmer subframe. But the biggest part of the bike is staying the same.

The 250 also got updated suspension settings and smart phone tuning, I don't the changes to either bike will boost sales.

Do you work at a dealership? What’s the point of updating an app if there’s no battery

Yes, I would think it would require a battery if has smart phone tuning...otherwise it would only be tunable while running.

I hope won’t see the power tuner again
