no i'm just an avid gamer and i love to play mx games especially. it just seems that year after year there are empty promises. also i just see a trend from the sports games. they release something new and great and never really progress from there and it eventually pisses everyone off. the tiger games are there right now as well.
i actually enjoy playing reflex besides some quirks about it, but i enjoy it. the main thing that bugs me is there are basically 4 mx tracks and 4 sx tracks with a separate variation of each, making 8 total.
BTW RBW_Triton, if you guys ever need a moto-game fanatic to come test it out and give input.... I'm your guy!!
What THQ has managed to do is keep us content...nothing more. Fact is I could make a better game myself if I had the right people. Actually, I and a few others are in the process(very long) of considering doing so.
There's quite a bit to that process.
Zacka 161 wrote: is everyone on here too retarded to use the Reflex sticks?? they are frickin AWESOME and are what make the Reflex the best and most realistic motocross game to date. Is it perfect?? no. Is it Amazing?? yes. And is it progress?? definitely.
3 problems only for me
lack of tracks
lack of DLC
lack of track editor
everything else far exceeded every expectation i had.
Note: i dont play online - so the online play is neither here nor there
Motocross is a fucking niche sport, we are lucky to have a game, why the fuck is everyone bad mouthing the only company producing high quality progressive motocross games, thinking outside the box and creating something unique. FUCK people, grow up
x3
I couldn't get the hang of the rider reflex controls while playing the demo, so I never bought reflex until I seen it on sale a couple of months ago. It took me a week to finally put some laps together, but now I'm hooked!
I haven't played unleashed for PC since. Alive will be great!
Can't wait for the new one!

What’s new, though, is the Road Rash-style combat. Not entirely like Road Rash, though. You won’t have access to a crowbar (damn it) but you’ll be able to swing away your fists at rival riders and manage to knock them off the road with just the right lucky strike. Be careful, though – they don’t exactly play fair either.
are you kidding me... sigh.................
Also you were nuts on a 125 outdoors. Cool to see you've made a nice transition to another form of racing.
Pit Row
or the trucks. or the utv's. or the golf carts.
You guys think your shithole physics and stiff pole-up-the-ass riders are going to be hidden by the fact that your'e able to knock other guys off their bikes? which will probably be buggy as hell to fit in with the rest of the games you guys pump out.
Listen and act on what everone is saying for christ sakes, you'll sell alot more games, and people will play them longer.
From seeing the gameplay video, this thing is a writeoff already.
Can you pre-order it yet?
Hey i could have swore you typed "by" dang cough syrup must be kicking in...
In Alive, there is no fighting, no punching, no kicking, no button mashing, it means you can bang bars with people. Here I'll spell that out too, you can actually check people in corners and be ok, you can go into the 1st turn and be ok.
