What area is that from? Yesterday my wife paid $5.29. I’m about 35 miles North of Seattle.

In June of 2008, oil futures were between $175 and $185 in today's dollars. $114.68 in today's money was $90 or so in March of 2020

so when trump strikes iran's energy locations and water desalination sites tonight - in turn iran is going to strike saudi refineries and then were fucked for a decade.

trump will once again be responsible for another global economic meltdown and dems will be fucking slow at recovery because every regulation to rebuild will be 100 pages long and take 5 years to start,  and maga idiots will once again convince everyone that an idiot has to be in charge to clean it up.

we're reliving trump's covid term again but its somehow 10x worse and morons like @motomind00132 "agree completely with everything that is going on" 🙃

Anyone else notice gas stations don’t have prices on their signs anymore?

Several are doing that here in my area so you don’t know the price until you pull up to the pump.

I was going to respond to this yesterday.

I think it's a law here that they must advertise prices, I thought it was federal, but maybe it's a state thing. Then, as I was going home, I saw a station with it's sign off. Either I'm wrong about this law, or the station operator doesn't know about it.

Either way, it's chickenshit...

A little searching, and it appears that there is no law that mandates roadside signs, just the indicator on the pump itself.

I always thought it was the law here in Washington that they had to have a sign posted so you could see the price per gallon as you drove by or in.

Price per barrel dropped $20 overnight, but even if it keeps dropping you can bet the price at the pump won't fall nearly as fast as when it went up.

3.31 a litre ,  diesel is usually cheaper here as diesel road legal vehicles have to pay a per kilometre road user charge as well

No. One is a Ferrari tho. Kinda close?

Funny thing is I run Sunoco 100 octane in it. It’s only $11 a gallon, not much more than the 92 at the chevron on the corner!
