Kenny!

I’ve been hoping against hope that Roczen could finally get the monkey off his back and win a SX championship. Kind of gave up on that hope after Jett got into the class and Roczen got into his 30s. Would be an epic event if he could win his first SX title at his age!!!

Kenny finally getting a championship would be one of the greatest comeback stories in all of sports let alone sx. Would be so amazing if he gets it done. Not only is the comeback for ken one of the biggest ever but the comeback for suzuki would be just as big! Plus him winning on a kick start! Every part of this story would be incredible. 

Kenny’s been my #1 guy since he came over. Saw him try to clear a triple with no run on a 90 degree corner from the inside just to keep a spot. He cased the shit out of it but he made me a fan that day. If he can pull this thing out it would be absolutely incredible. 

Would he also be the oldest 450 champ? I did zero research. 

Should be. I think it was Webb last year but Roczen is older than Webb. 

Maybe this was Suzuki’s long term financial strategy all along. Allocate costs saved from every bike that doesn’t have an electric start so that they can inevitably pay up for a championship. 

He would definitely be the oldest rider to win his first SX championship!  Probably the oldest period, but if Tomac ends up pulling it out then I think he’d be the oldest also. 

Could be wrong….

Would love to see Kenny pull it out... been a fan for a long time. Rides hard, gives focus and effort every time. True professional.

I really haven't had strong feelings on wanting either Kenny or Hunter to win. But the more the championship hype builds, I'm on the Roczen bandwagon. What a story for the ages for him to win this. I do really like Hunter a lot. I didn't realize he was so young. He's only 26 and really hitting his peak. He's going to he a problem for everyone in the class for years to come. Anything can happen but I feel like this is Kenny's last real shot at a sx title 

Would love to see Ken take it. Especially since that season with the devastating arm injury, he was so dialed on that Honda the first of the season you knew the championship was probably his, then disaster. Been pulling for him ever since for a comeback but there was always something, so to finally see it happening now this late in his career is amazing. 

He got into a jam at A2, but I’m not sure the kickstarter played that big of a role.

As far as the bike, the RMZ chassis has always turned on a dime.
