Should there be betting in supercross & motocross?

No betting until Deegan retires because it's a sure bet he is going to win, which unfairly tilts the odds.

THEY ADVERTIZED PLACING YOUR BETS  in the broadcast and ten minutes later we’re talking about how no rider would say they’re injured because it gives the competition an advantage

I have lost $100 with buddy’s on Sexton two times now.

I don’t think it should be illegal. Like someone said on here earlier the odds are against you 100%. And like he said if you do beat them and make x amount more than you lose you will get banned. Just look at DNGRS friend he says he’s banned from all the casinos. But in all seriousness people do get told from casinos that their play is too good and they don’t want their business. On top of the odds they keep in their favor they also limit the money you can play etc etc. I get where some people are coming from but just stay away and let people do what they want. Lots of people on here want too much control of others and I find it comical. 

From what I have read in other threads there is no way competition would ever be manipulated for financial gain!? Right? We humans are soooo infallible and generous! Never selfish or greedy. 🤔

No, Hell I still dont like "teams" In Super/Motocross, Teams ruined NHRA for me when Don Shumacher told Jimmy Prock to spin so Tony can win (even though Prock was better all day) You couldnt convince me it doesnt happen in supercross, I suspect thats how Deegan beat Davies by 16 seconds, JMO, I quit watching NHRA the day Don admitted he told Jimmy to smoke the tires so Tony could win.

Sure, it's a free country built on capitalism. We don't need gov't telling us we can't do something like gambling.

That said, I rarely gamble. It's a choice.

I wouldn't say they country is truly free. I can't make the choice to smoke weed or eat magic mushrooms because it's it's "damaging" but I can bet away my paycheck and it's completely fine. Our morals as a country are fucked but with that being said gambling should be aloud as long and no one gets paid to take a fall.

No not at all. Too many people that can effect outcomes make little to no money from the sport, the athletes and teams are dishonest about health issues, and the weather/equipment is too big a variable.

  If there was gambling in SX/MX, Vince Friese would make more than anyone in the championship, as he took payola to “eliminate” championship contenders.
