Neighbor got a little pissed off about Ritchson and his kids riding motorcycles up and down their street.

Dude got up pretty quick after taking a couple pretty good shots from that guy

Need to hear both sides but nothing excuses his behavior in front of his kids.

I’m wondering if the neighbor caused him to crash?

I just read the neighbor pushed him twice before he had enough. Who knows though

From what I've read, Ritchson and his boys were riding up and down the block, making noise I guess. From the video it sounded like his ZX-6 has a pipe and those Ohvale bikes the kids are on come with Arrow exhausts from the factory, they aren't quiet. Guy came out all pissy and blocked his way, they argue, Ritchson tries to start moving to get away from the conversation, buddy shoves him and makes him fall over. Ass kicking ensues. Willing to bet the clutch lever got all fucked up and contributed to the bike getting dropped again.

If you wanna ride, go the the damn track. Those Ohvales belong on a kart track. Costs me $60-80 to go for the day, I'm sure its even less in Florida. Don't be stupid and drive up and down public streets.

On the other hand. Mind your damn business.

The guy who came out all pissy should have just called the law and had them deal with it. You shove someone on a bike and cause them to hit the deck you deserve getting your ass beat. Guy had zero business shoving someone....especially someone who was trying to "get away from the conversation".

As for the other two bikes if they weren't being ridden legally, I agree they shouldn't be on the street. If they were being legally ridden then you can ride them up and down the street all you want.

As the guy said that changes the entire narrative. That neighbor had no business walking in front of him and escalating everything. That was a deserved ass whooping.

Be interesting to see how this all pans out….. From my point of view, both parties ate at fault. The neighbor should have let the police handle it.

Hard to tell, but it appears as though the neighbor layed hands on him before he dropped it the 2nd time.

Looks like self defense from that.

My main takeaway every time something like this happens....there really are cameras EVERYWHERE.

I'm split here. Neighbor definitely earned every bit of that ass-kicking. no doubt.

Having said that, neither kids bike is street legal. Ohvales are track-only weapons equivalent to an 85cc dirtbike. competition only, no lights, signals, anything. Driving on public roads with kids on bikes that aren't street legal is stupid for a guy with millions who can afford to go to the kart track or buy one if he wanted to.

Neither guy is in the right here, lost a lot of respect for Ritchson after watching, but mostly because of how he has his clutch lever mounted. No wonder he dropped the bike.

The kids bikes my have been illegal, but that's a job for the police, not vigilante Bob.

I assumed the 3rd drop adjusted his clutch, but I don't know.

I saw that clutch lever mount and was wondering if that happened when the bike fell over?

Also, on my list of folks to throw hands with Jack Reacher would be near the bottom.

Agreed that its an issue for the police, which is why the ass kicking was warranted IMO.

On the chest cam footage you can see the lever down like that before he comes into contact with the neighbor. no idea why you'd ever choose to ride like that.

Just because you see someone commit a possible traffic violation, it doesn’t mean you get to go and cause him to tip his bike over. If it really bothers you that much, you call the police and let them issue a couple traffic citations. Imagine someone watching another person roll through a stop sign then them going up and starting a physical confrontation. No one in their right mind would think that’s ok to do.

The neighbor was 100% at fault for the physical confrontation. Reacher dude could have really messed the neighbor up but he didn’t. Neighbor guy was probably looking for an easy pay day. Fuck that guy.

Yes, technically it could be a police issue, but how many of you are really that eager to call the police on your neighbors? He was outside washing his dirtbike in the street, so this would not have played out as an "anonymous tip" from a concerned passerby.

Edit: I didn't realize the guy pushed him off the bike. Definitely his fault for escalating it.

Kind of a shitty situation meeting another shitty situation, it sounds like.

One thing that sort of stuck out is that the neighbor trying to be the policeman is probably not a complete ‘anti-motorcycle’ guy. He was out cleaning his KTM at the time, so it would be hard to believe that he just hates anyone riding a motorcycle.  There’s probably some kind of history between them.

That being said, it’s pretty stupid to jump out in front of a motorcycle, especially if you are a rider yourself. It should be pretty obvious that you have a good chance of either being hit yourself, or cause the rider to crash taking evasive action.

Didn't notice that. Yeah, I got nothing on that set-up. Got nothing on why you'd do that on purpose. Even if you had 6" fingers.  WTF?

100%.--  It looked like one of Alans kids coulda handled that dude, lol  .  No way he was in his right mind confronting Ritchson, unless he was provoking intentionally for an ' out of court settlement'  . That dude is extremely lucky that it stopped where it did .  The other thing that jumped out at me is that the guy seemed like a loose cannon and wouldn't back off and settle down , so who knew if he was going to escalate the violence further ?  If I was Ritchson, I would have done the same to protect my kids from whatever may have been coming next from that neighbor .  People are very unpredictable when they start losing their common sense ..

Maybe the neighbor saw the levers and had to set him straight on bike setup.

So it looks like ritchson had that bike built frame up as a zx6 stunt bike with a cage, sliders all over, high bars and a rear handbrake. Watching him eat shit on a very basic maneuver is hilarious.

But yeah, other dude deserved to get beat trying to jump in front of a bike like that.

My main takeaway is that Reacher is a way better fighter than that Allan Ritchson guy. It's amazing what choreography can do to make a guy look like he can fight.
