I’m with the drivers.   This is formula E not F1.

The whole hybrid, DRS, tyre rules, era of F1 has been a slow degradation of the sport.

This new era of car looks to become the same disaster that nascar has become.

And c'mon, the flip flopper rear wing ???

Verstappen, Alonso, Piastri, and others are saying pretty much the same thing Bernie is saying.

As well as a host of former drivers.

None of them want to be driving cars closer to an F-E car than a real F1 one.

And the apple streaming service being the only way for us to watch it here in the states ??

I hope it fails spectacularly.

F1 in 2026...supposedly more advanced, but slower overall lap times. 🤮

That's becuase every F1 rule change for the last 20 years has had slowing the cars down as part of it's remit. Give it maybe a year, the aero guys will have found something to claw the time back. 

I'm thinking tickets for the upcoming Bahrain Grand Prix should be affordable this year.😏

Calling my shot, in my humblest of opinions ... with Aston Martin saying they may "start-n-park" because they haven't got it figured out and all the off camera honesty from the drivers ... this is going to be completely ridiculous. I don't have Apple anything so I won't be watching. Since forever. 

I'll have to check in with the low-lights when available. Maybe they'll put on a great show ... 

From everything I'm reading, it sounds like most of these teams aren't ready to race. 

And like was posted above, for the first time dating back to the beginning of the television era, I won't be watching. 

Thankfully motocross is having some of the best racing in a while. One of the last forms of racing not ruined by an ever increasing rule book.

Same here...

I was able to bundle apple TV to my peacock account so its only $4 more per month so I get to watch, now will it be wort watching I don't know but there will be a lot of DNFs and DNSs this season until they can get the new cars figured out under race conditions. 

They are saying Saudi Arabia and Bahrain they will be canceled, nothing official yet or if they will be rescheduled

YES!!! Both Ferrari's on top after first practice, there is hope this season after all. 😁

3rd practice is in a couple hours and then qualifying. Hope Ferrari still has more in the tank but topping 1st practice and then a good showing in 2nd practice running more fuel maybe they will be in the mix again. 😎
