I find it a bit strange that his posts are mainly on him not making it, especially since Harlan has made mains when Moranz hasn't
If Moranz is a team owner in this situation, I would have expected some acknowledgment or congratulations directed toward Harlan.
Maybe there’s something that I’m missing, but from the outside, he could highlight a team success which he doesn't seem to do.

Not sure but again under his insta tag again after Daytona he just talks about himself. He never says congrats to my "team mate" for putting it in the main and riding well and representing my Team...

His instagram is Kevin Moranz. So Kevin Moranz content is what he post. The team instagram is Kevin Moranz Racing which did mention Grant. Does Grant Harlan mention Kevin in his personal post, likely not. So the comparison is the same because his instagram is his personal page.

Moranz keeps his personal IG and content mostly separate from the KMR content. Makes sense to me. I would imagine Harlan is encouraged to post more/engage more as well, but it does not seem to be a priority for him. Racing is hard enough. Kevin somehow manages to do all of it all the time which is very impressive but most people are not built that way.
