Everyone acting like he should win tonight, including the guys in the booth, as if he should have it on lock. Well, he is the King of Daytona and I would like to see him win tonight, however, he is the only top guy who's riding without notes/experience on his new bike on a track that's not your typical Supercross track.. Everyone saying advantage Eli, but I'm saying he's at a disadvantage tonight with a new bike at an "outdoor" style track. Hunter, Webb, and Roczen all have more notes and rides in conditions like this.
With that said, hopefully he is able to get dialed and win but I wouldn't rule out that he could be a bit off tonight.

It’s Daytona, yes you should expect him to win. But we still drop the gate because many things can and sometimes do happen.
The only guy to beat him there in the last 5 years isn’t there tonight. But his brother is!
Edit to add: Justin Brayton IS there tonight but he is announcing. 🤣

I picked Hunter but as always wouldn't be surprised if Tomac completely blows the doors off everyone. The only guy who really beat Tomac at this track was Jett, but Hunter looked really good at the SMX races. It's either of those two unless they're crashing
Hunna looks strong. Looking forward to a great battle.
Hunter excels in SMX finals type tracks. Should do well here too. Eli can win but will need to be on his game.
Too bad that Honda is dialed.
Eli has multiple tracks on his own property that are outdoors to practice on. From what I gather the tracks are modified at times to resemble conditions on race tracks they expect to encounter during the season. I say he wins if he has good starts.
He didnt have any notes at any of the 3 rounds he won so far this year.
He looked ok in his heat race, only put 6 seconds on Webb and Kenny in like 3 laps lol

I got someone who automatically downvotes anything I post too. I take it as a complement knowing I'm living rent free in their head.

Let me offer you a little internet advice friend. If you complain about downvotes, you will only receive more. What you're doing is "feeding the troll(s)". You just gave them the exact reaction they were fishing for. Not only are you not "living rent free in their heads", but they are laughing at you because you care about it so much to post and whine about it.
