This is definitely a Webb style track. But it deteriorates so quickly it can catch any of them off-guard. Might be the first race this year where it feels like one of the top guys getting a lead doesn't feel like an automatic win or even podium. They're all struggling with it. Actually Kenny seemed to kill in that first heat but the track was so much worse by the second heat.
Unpopular opinion. Prado's goal is to just get as much SX experience as he can and get through the season. Honestly if he's gonna roll around and be a liability to himself and others on the track from injury. Probably best to call it for the night and push on into next week.
I can give props and respect to riders pushing through injury, but also can't hate on those who elect to protect their body.

Guys, before you call Prado a quitter again. That is the same shoulder he injured in MXGP already and then re-injured last year again at the third SX round where he was out for months. It was a complicated one and he still has hardware in it. If he feels something is off it's probably a smart idea to skip the race and get it fully checked

I’m disappointed that he chose to line up, with it hurt enough that he couldn’t even ride a lap. It was a hard crash…. But he knew it was questionable at best if not hurting bad enough that he knew he couldn’t go.
