My goal for 2025 was to get over 100 hours, Fortunately, I crushed that and I got 148 hours in for the year!  I have the same goal for 26. Just wanna make sure I get triple digits  anything over that and I’m happy.

That’s impressive! Not counting dual sport rides it would take me at least 3 years to get those hours 😂

69 years old I still ride at least once a week sometimes more if I can find someone to ride with.

Warm up and two minimum 30 min motos.

Which points out the flaw in the poll.  MX, trail, dual sport, street?  I am also 69.  MX - 3 or 4 times a year. Trail - 10 times a year. Dual sport - 10 times a year. Street - 30 times a year.  It takes me 2 days to recover from MX.

Considering this is a dirt bike forum, it’s inferred that the poll speaks to days on dirt - doesn’t matter what form. By all means consider street/commute if you like. Happy to hear you’re still getting after it!

I put about 12 hours on the motocross track last year. That translates to probably 15 different rides.

Midwesterner here in my late 20s. My goal in 2025 was to go riding 10 times and I hit 13 ride days. So this year for 2026 my new goal is 15 ride days. That's a bit more than twice a month over the course of 6-7 months of good enough weather to be able to ride. I am hoping to get more rides in after work during the week.

Thank you for your service buddy. Glad you are still able to find your escape and just know we’re always here for ya 👊

sumwife wanted to ride today. Left San Clemente and went up the coast to S. Laguna for breakfast, then up the Ortega Hwy for some fire roading. Did 85 miles but only about 5 or 6 on dirt. Does that count ? Probably not lol. It was fun though. The calendar says Feb 1st but it felt more like July. (Sorry back east/mid west guys) There's a lot of things that suck about Ca, the weather isn't one of them.

My wife rides and races and we have no kids so we pretty much plan to ride every weekend, during racing season we may take a weekend off sometimes but not often.

I think id be an asshole if I only got to ride 12 times a year.

I'm about once a month, money permitting. My son is my tag-along now that he's big enough, and it occurred to me that my usual track fee/gasoline/food budget just doubled.

I voted once in a while. I'm not much of a recreational rider. I'd rather race or be practicing to race. Raced GNCC in the 3 hour race from 2014-2020 in 40+B. Now I barely ride, due to arthritis in both wrists. Did 2 races in 2024, and I couldn't believe how bad my wrists hurt. Sucks because if I can't race I don't really want to ride....

I voted once a week but with my goals this year and my fitness going into the season I would like to be at 2x a week and a race every month

I can't think of a better thing to spend money on 😎   My sons "learning curve" 😆 was expensive. Add in bars, grips, levers, subframe... etc. X 50, 65, 85.. Just the cost of good livin' 😆😉

I will be 55 next week and I still race competitively on a Regional scale, I tried to get on the bike two to three times a week but I trade off ride time during the winter for the gym with my son, so riding it mostly on Saturdays and race on Sunday for local races.

When I lived in FL I could ride twice a week thanks to Dade City on a weeknight after work and then obviously riding somewhere on a Saturday or Sunday.

Nowadays where I live now in the Mid Atlantic region there’s no where that does night practice during the week so my only opportunity to ride is the weekends.

So once a week.

Plus side is I have a new bike to put hours on, got it towards the end of the season last year and put about 10 hours on it.

Gonna absolutely thrash my woods bike in the series this year as well. March is coming fast
