Supposedly Epstein liked to video everything (and rumors of him using those tapes for blackmail), I would think that would be about the only evidence that could get a conviction on anyone.
Otherwise it is mostly he said she said (like many rape cases) and after so many decades it would be really hard to convict anyone without video evidence. About the only other thing would be in one of the victims at the time went to the police, they did a rape kit test, and kept the DNA sample as evidence.
But those tapes and other evidence were probably long ago "accidentally" destroyed in a fire or some convenient way to make them disappear.
