What has Kenny Watson been up to the past year? He is an interesting character.
He was working with team Tedder last year. Not sure about this year though
I'm sure he's gotta be finding his way through life and trying to make some $$ outside of the industry and staying low profile.
I keep asking Steve to COLD CALL KENNY every show. He never calls him...
Would be good to see what KDub is up to. Hope he is healthy and enjoying life. He's a bit quirky but seems like a good dude, great for the sport and is super knowledgable.

Would Kenny even take that call….?
Tear jerper
he was on a show maybe about a year or two ago. He sounds like a crack pot these days. Feld sports is a drug ring vibe.
Never listened to pulp back in the day when he was cohost.
Fir a while he was great as a cohost just because he kept everyone on their toes, but it definitely got to a point where it was time to go.
I have a lot if respect for the guy, working his way from the bottom to building his own team (maybe other people's name and money but he built it) and definitely having a place in the sport.
His pre race transfer jumps were legendary!
Anyone know why they didn’t continue the transfers after KW retired?
i like listening to his early moto stories
Because nobody has giant balls of steel like KW.
Most guys won't even do a wheelie or a whip anymore. They roll around the track, blip the throttle and wave.
He's an e-laison now.
Seriously though I hope he's doing ok. He sounded pretty bad on whiskey throttle a bit back. Seems like a solid dude thats probably battling some demons.
I think you’re getting the KDubs mixed up. Windham did the transfers, Watson (subject of this thread) was a mechanic & then team manager, co-host of pulp for a while etc.
Afaik transfers stopped because they were pretty high risk, Windham doing them was kinda grandfathered in but to have a new guy doing them (an having to start off at the level that Windham had taken them to) was even more risky.
He has some good stories and can be enjoyable. But the Pulp show he did more recently as a co-host. He was incessantly talking over everyone and it was pretty hard to listen too. It was not great radio bro.
About a year ago he had some serious health issues that he needed some help with. He was struggling with depression because he felt like a lot of people let him down. Worked through that. He had an opportunity that he didn’t like, and then Tedder deal happened which was good for him for a bit.
He’s on radio silence, so I can’t tell you anything else.
Kenny is the man. Loved him back on pulp in the beginning, I miss RV always calling in to bust his balls. Met him at a SX when he was at RCH and is one rad dude. Talked like he knew me my whole life. Always hope he’s doing well, I know he was depressed like stated above and was battling some family stuff. #SquatTeam
I bought a few RMZ450's of of him/RCH back then. Seemed like a okay dude.
Saw him at Big Bear Grand Prix and he was selling some arm pump product.
Like an extra stock bike or a race bike?
