. . . . so your saying that the plastic is either designed or molded differently than the production plastic?

It is all new plastics. Tank/shrouds/side panels etc...I would love to convert my yz250 like that if it didn't cost a ton...maybe I'll try to do fab work myself but from what I remember the tank is custom to fit the 2stroke frame backbone.

Man that's awesome, I absolutely love it! Just what the YZ 2's need imo.

Looks cool, but seems like a lot of work for a 125.

Can't believe you just said that. 125's need to make a comeback, and a fresh look to them could be a good start. Damn shame that that class was gutted the way it was.

That thing looks pretty sick. They need to start letting the 144s in SX and outdoors and get rid of the fuel restriction, but that won't happen, too damn political these days, but 125s were my favorite class.

Not a big fan of the graphics, maybe if it was done up the old red and white color way it would look freakin sweet. Can you give us some more info, pricing, what all does kit entail? More info but if that was on the show room floor in the states I would consider buying one.

OK, shouldn't have said that. My bad. I want the125 class to come back, and I'm going to push for this as soon as I hear something on the rule change. The bike does look good.

It is done by a Dutch company, you will have to contact them to get information. But if you are creative you can make it yourself. You need to weld a fueltank and make a decent subframe.

If you study the pictures you can see it uses the airboot from the 125. It is propably custom fitted to the airbox. I am thinking about doing the same thing when I have the time.

I would propably make models from foam. Then measuring these models to produce them from aluminium. You can make the airbox yourself using the same method. That way you only have to buy the pastics from aftermarket companies. I guess a whole OEM airbox will be pretty expensive.

After that you can design your subrame around it to make it all fit nicely. I would use 6061 aluminium that can be welded pretty good IIRC.

If you take your time it will be fantastic.

It is done in a workshop using YZ250F plastics. Propably making a custom subframe and making a custom tank. It's pretty obvious

If I had my choice, I'd even mix it up color wise, add black frame, etc..

Kind of like this....

The 125 class pretty big over the pond right now. Which is where this bike is customized.

Just for kids who ride for fun huh? There are plenty of really fast 16 y/o racers here in the states as well as 40 something y/o's that would smoke you on their 125's.

That's right, you have that 250F that won't restart when it falls over or gets hot.....right? Whistling

Just because you buy a bike that looks cute doesn't mean you can ride it. Heart is what wins races! There are a lot fast kids on the 125s, always was always will be.
